▪ Leadership, personnel management, and team development of IT Hub Spain team members in liaison with the respective global IT Solution & Competence Center Heads.

▪ Building a trusted collaboration with local and global stakeholders.

▪ Attracting and supporting the recruitment of IT talent for the IT Hub Spain.

▪ Coaching and facilitating the development of existing IT Hub members.

▪ Define and evaluate cross-functional team goals with the IT Hub team members.

▪ Support heads of IT Solution & Competence Center with the staffing of external IT staff on IT projects; maintaining a network of local IT service partners.

▪ Definition and implementation of aligned and optimized processes in the IT Hub jointly with the global IT Hub Management team.

▪ If applicable, take on or support project leadership cross-functional IT projects.

▪ Representing IT Hub Spain to the organization and the local external market.

• Working with a global IT team in an international environment.
• Proven project & vendor management experiences (good to have).
• Strong communication skills.
• Strong people management skills.
• Good knowledge and hands-on skills in any of our strategic IT technology providers SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, or AWS is a plus.
• Customer-, sales- and service-oriented thinking and acting, friendly in dealing with partners and colleagues.
• Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
