At Krell Consulting we are looking for an IT Helpdesk profile to work with one of our most important clients as a Freelance.

Description:
- Vacant Position: User Support Team Member

Description of Tasks:
- Provision of ICT Service Desk first line support to end-users.
- Provision of user workplace support services: Management of desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals; installation and configuration of software; overall end-user support.
- Application support.
- Collaboration and support of the day-to-day operations of the ICT department.

Detailed Tasks:
- Deployment and configuration of computers.
- Resolution of incidents (hardware, software).
- Handling of service requests.
- Escalation of incidents and monitoring of their resolution.
- Management of services handled by the user support team (e.g., video conferencing equipment).

Requirements:
Deep knowledge in the following technical areas:
- Microsoft Windows technologies (Windows 10)
- Hardware (desktops, laptops, Teams MTR devices)
- Microsoft M365 Cloud services (Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online)
- Microsoft Word
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Outlook (very important)
- Configuration, administration, and support of desktops, laptops, printers, and other shared resources in a network environment
- User administration, including aspects related to platform image creation, maintenance and updating, security, and confidentiality
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet agreed standards and deadlines
- Service-oriented attitude
- Excellent English oral and written communication skills and ability to interact effectively with Fusion for Energy representatives

Additional Highly Valued Knowledge/Concepts:
- Networks (IP addressing, routing, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Microsoft Active Directory
• GPOs (Group Policy Objects)


4. Delivery of Service:
- Place: Fusion for Energy premises in Barcelona
- Working Hours: During normal working hours (2 shifts: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm)
- Mode: Hybrid. Teleworking is allowed, but only after the probation period (approximately 3 months) and once fully integrated into the team. Mode: 50% (one week teleworking, one week on-site).
