Your main responsibilities

• To provide technical support and assistance.
• Communicating with suppliers and guests by phone or in-person to resolve concerns about software and hardware issues so they can get back up and running smoothly again.
• Perform Server administration duties, keep health on the core systems.
• Report to the manager incidents and issues.
• Manage telecommunications devices to maintain and increase company´s performance

Your main qualifications/skills

• 2+ years of experience in helpdesk position.
• Bachelor´s or equivalent degree in information technology.
• English verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving skills
• Microsoft Knowledge (Office 365, Windows Sever, Hyper-V, Azure)
• Backup process knowledge reporting and documenting Skills
