At HAYS we are working with a consulting boutique focused on the Financial Services of European Market with a specialized and targeted approach. The company was founded in 2005, combining their knowledge of the Financial Services sectors and their professional consulting backgrounds to deliver change effectively for their clients. Over the years, they have grown significantly with their clients and across markets, becoming one of the top consultancy firms on an international level.

We are currently looking for a IT Financial Consultant to join the project and collaborate in achieving its objectives.

What will your functions be?

- Define and design projects (objectives, deliverables, activities, resources, plan, risks, critical success factors)
- Organise project activities consistently with the objectives and constraints of the project
- Preparation of meetings with the client
- Direct, guide and motivate the project team to achieve timely delivery of high quality output
- Perform and lead complex business analysis


What are the requirements?

- Written and oral communication skills and mastery of the main analytical and communication tools.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services sector and / or specific sub-sectors (product / service families, main players, industry structure, regulation, data sources, competitive strategies...).
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Clear communication skills.
- Be self-driven & pro-active, have a team player attitude.

- Proficient use of IT tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word¡)
- High level of English is a requirement (C1).
