Primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the Hardware Asset Management function by performing physical inventory of IT assets in the client´s data centers, tracking and managing IT assets through their lifecycle (receiving, deployment, change maintenance and disposal) to keep the inventory system of record up-to-date while protecting the corporation´s assets as well as operating systems. The position also includes basic research & follow-up on IT assets and communication with BusTech.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience with asset identification, acceptance/receiving, asset lifecycle, inventory management and reporting, process development\optimization and significant global logistical exposure to on time management of services/assets.

3-5 years previous experience in a Technical environment in a European or Global company
1 to 3 years of experience in an analytical role; experience working with IT hardware preferred
Manage and improve the hardware lifecycle management process, from purchasing/receiving to disposal
Conduct physical inventories of IT assets. Perform searches for equipment not found during inventory
Compile, sort, and verify the accuracy of inventory data. Conduct research and data analysis of hardware assets
Reconcile and resolve asset data discrepancies based on knowledge of business rules
Update and maintain information in the asset repository in a timely manner
Improve the quality of hardware data in the IT asset repository
Gather requirements and develop reports, macros and dashboards (MS Excel/Tableau). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.).
Provide support to senior team members for projects and audits.
Coordinate disposal pickups and completion of associated processes and records
Record, review and track asset maintenance support information
Provide support to and collaborate with all levels to achieve goals and objectives
