• Senior with leadership capabilities, the contractor has to be able to lead some initiatives.
• Able to cultivate the other team members so we can minimize the gap we have on iOS.
• At least 5 years of iOS experience (no hard cut).
• Consultant capabilities, stakeholder management.
• Feedback culture. Is able to provide feedback and to act from the received one.
• Willing to learn another techs (backend with java, android, AWS).
