We are currently looking for a person to work as International Technical Support in the E-commerce team.

The main challenge will be the global incident management for international eCommerce partners.

- Perform periodic monitoring of incidents with partners that operate nationally and internationally.
- Establish and guarantee compliance with the established deadlines.
- Coordination of the technical devices necessary to guarantee the correct operation of the system in periods in which there are promotions or a higher volume of sales.
- Supervise the technical support team in coordination with the subsidiaries of the Cofidis group.
- Maintain direct interlocution with the partner and monitor incidents, working cross-sectionally with all the agents involved.

- Higher Degree Training Cycle with IT specialization
- At least 3 years of experience developing similar functions in e-commerce environments.
- Advanced English and French
- Provide high technical knowledge
