We are looking for an Integration Manager to join our Ops Delivery team. Full description of the position and requirements can be found below. *What You´ll Do* Responsibilities:

* Understand the integration process in details in every step;
* Define requirements and plan the integration life cycle;
* Plan and coordinate integration project from design and development to production;
* Implement continuous improvement practices;
* Analyze and handle all issues and change requests;
* Proactively identify risks and issues to the quality of the product;
* Monitor deliverables on a daily basis, identify critical points and obstacles;
* Manage client expectations and escalations throughout the project;
* Develop strong working relationships with customer tech experts, end-users and all stakeholders involved in the project;
* Hold meetings with customers on weekly/monthly basis to review open issues, performance and updates;
* Key point of contact for the customer;
* Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed;
* Create and maintain relevant documentation.
*What We´re Looking For* Requirements:

* • Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with complex integrated systems.
• Work in complex activities in project and matrix environment in parallel.
• Experience with – Jenkins, Git, Jira, Postman, MongoDB
• Fluency in English.
• Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, JSON, API, HTTP calls.
• Basic understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SSL, Web Applications, Load balancers, proxies and firewalls.
• Systems orientation and experience – Networking, SQL.
