IT Infrastructure lead responsibilities:
- Hold responsibility for the ongoing delivery and maintenance of all IT legacy infrastructure across our environments.
- Lead an IT infrastructure team that delivers high-quality services to our business.
- Define the strategy for the IT legacy infrastructure services capability.
- Act as a trusted advisor to IT leadership on all legacy infrastructure-related subjects.
- Act as the key point of interaction between the infrastructure team and the rest of the organisation.
- Provide best practice knowledge required to manage the services delivered by the infrastructure team.
- Guarantee, with IT Infrastructure team members, the 5x8 support (with on-call capacity for 24 hours).

- Management and communication skills.
- Experience with ITSM processes.
- Experience in System/ Server OS administration.
- Experience in Database administration.
- Experience in Virtual machines management.
- Experience in Infrastructure management.
- Experience guaranteeing and managing SLA´s.
- Experience in Cloud and datacenter network administration.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary and cultural teams.
- Fluent speaking and writing in English language.
