Currently, we are looking for a Helpdesk L2 for Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Exchange to be integrated in an important company located in Sant Cugat (Barcelona).

2nd Level Support for Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft Lync within the ITINF Unified Communication Services EMEA
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013 and Microsoft Server 2008/2012 with a focus on Active directory.Experience with Lync enterprise voice based on Audiocodes hardware. Good knowledge on ITIL processies.
Lync Certification needed.
English: mandatory fluent
German: Optional

Excellent knowledge in configuring and operating large Exchange environments.
Excellent knowledge in operating and administration of Microsoft Lync Server 2010/2013 and Skype for business.
At least 5 years of experience in enterprise environments.
