Perfil del Candidato:
A vacancy exists within the IS Europe Department for an enthusiastic, pro-active and flexible person capable of effectively performing the role of Engineer – Customer Support.

Qualifications & General Requirements:
Educated to equivalent of Degree level in an IT subject.
Experience of operation within first line / Helpdesk is essential.
Spanish – Proficient in Speaking & Writing.
English – Proficient in Speaking & Writing.
Experience of CISCO network administration and management is desired but not essential or Experience of software development activities using VB techniques & SQL database management is desire but not essential.
Drive license.

The successful candidate will be base in the Near-Site Plant in Santa Margarida I els Monjos.

Datos del Puesto:
Provision of “First Line “user support on all systems and infrastructure, and for all users across the operations.
Execution of departmental continuous improvement projects within the Customer pillar.
Policy development and maintenance within the Customer Support pillar.
Implementation of root cause analysis and countermeasure development for concerns raised within the support pillar system and applications.
Identification of cost reduction and labour saving activities within the pillar and overall IS and development of supporting plans.
