Within the Digital department the HOM will be accountable for the management of global operations in marketplaces (except Amazon) with the aim of doubling the current global partners worldwide for 2023:
• Strategy creation and application: countries, partners, catalogs & prices
• Team management: CS & operations
• Integrations management: tools & processes
• Coordination with Marketing team in branding and investment in marketplaces
• Managing and developing digital B2B partners
• Hiring and managing external agencies
He/She will be in charge for the long-term Marketplaces strategy: where, when, and how in coordination with the Chief Digital Officer and local eCommerce Managers.
• Develop relationships and agreements with key partners
• Managing operations under high quality standards
• Managing integrations with current or new tools.
• Meeting business objectives in terms of marketplaces, listings, sales, revenues & benefits
• Business development objectives: sales & revenues
• Managing the local team and coordinating with Country eCommerce Managers
• Experiencia previa en gestión de marketplaces de mínimo 3 años|Experiencia previa de desarrollo de negocio digital
The ideal candidate is an analytic, strategic & extremely well organised person that has an overall professional experience in the digital marketing field of at least 5 years of which at least 2 years in roles of ecommerce and/or marketplace management with team management responsibility.
The candidate is also required to have previous experience in digital business development of at least 3 years.
Native Spanish and professional English are mandatory.

Fixed salary of 50.000 - 60.000 € + bonus
