Head of International Tenders

We are looking for a Head of International Tenders with, at least, 3 years of working experience in preparing (engineering) consultancy proposalsto be part of a cybersecurity company.

Must have:
- Degree in Business Administration, Management; or has related field or equivalent experience
- Advanced degree, preferably a PhD 3-4 years of work experience
- Experience with tender management and proposal creation
- Practical experience in a similar position
- Good understanding of tender process management, requirements and dynamics aptitude for tender process management
- Experience in tender management
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-motivated working attitude Ability to effectively manage your time and tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience advising on international calls (outside Europe)
- Organize the consulting team of specifications at an international level.
- Flexible and adaptable to the changing needs of the role and work environment
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Flexibility and willingness to travel
- excellent writing skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills. Ability to coordinate several tasks at the same time
-Well-developed negotiation skills


Responsibilities:
- Support the business in the preparation of national and international tenders Tender & proposal management
- Support in the risk assessment of existing contracts
- Coordinate technical and administrative parts of tenders and biddings Identify tender opportunities in International projects
- Reviewing legal and commercial terms in cooperation with group legal department Develop client strategies around digital solutions
- Coordinate the consulting team
