• With a highly motivated team you are capable to translate the company incl. Group Technology & Operations strategy into real data driven solutions, from design thinking, to proof of concepts / prototypes to final product as productive solutions
• Driving the requirements engineering as part of the project proposal phase to provide the best solution for the business need leveraging a combination of the various Data Analytics technology stacks.
• Managing a team of Data Visualization Developers covering the span of BI Tools including Design, Implementation, UX and UI
• Overseeing the projects resources managing the allocation of Data Visualization resources and working closely with multiple internal clients
• Support a user centric methodology by implementing the Design Thinking approach for the development of your products.
• Maintain strategic relationships with the data visualization external partners and be the organization´s voice for these tools. It requires a tight collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, Platform Management, Service Management, Data Delivery and Purchasing.

• Remote|International company
• Computer Science Degree or similar.
• 7+ years of relevant BI experience incl. Architecture, data integration, storage, insights
• Create solutions with visualization/prototyping tools (primarily with PowerBI, MicroStrategy, SAP Analytics Cloud, or as well Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, open source tools, )
• Technical Background.
• Demonstrated experience on analytics (modeling, prediction, segmentation).
• Demonstrated experience on scripting languages (e.g. R, JS, D3, Python, C#, Javascript).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written). Further languages preferred (German, French, Spanish)
• Energized and highly self-motivated
