Perfil del Candidato:
- A good understanding and proven troubleshooting experience in all of the following: Microsoft Exchange, Windows 8 and MAC OS
- Previous experience within OpenERP/Odoo would be highly desirable
- Knowledge / working experience within some of the following: Active directory, Wordpress, Java, Python, SQL Server 2005/2008, MySQL, postgreSQL, MS Access, security/firewalls, IP surveillance, WAN-LAN
- Experience with support of hardware installation and configuration
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. Other languages are appreciated.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership and seeking solutions until problems are resolved

- Answer calls and emails from NextLink employees or service partners in regards to technical queries and incidents
- Escalate as appropriate to external partners or suppliers
- Ensure that the appropriate incident management, problem resolution and escalation processes are documented and followed
- Carry out systems checks to confirm service status and configuration
- Manage data and system security
- On call services may be requested
