Objectives:
- Structure, launch, optimize, and report on the Google network (paid search, display, YouTube campaigns, etc)
- Execute a display strategy and implement an A/B testing & multivariate frameworks for Google Ads.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, optimize and analyze paid search, display and YouTube campaigns to demonstrate campaign impact and alignment to the business´ objectives.
- Strategic keyword planning experience; making the tie with SEO and SEM and how to capitalize and leverage both.
- Build our keyword strategy as they relate to the customer journey.
- Understand and review our current ad structure to provide the most efficient implementation
- Communicate with the design team on new assets and establish a feedback loop to improve new content based on results
- Define and implement the appropriate bidding strategies
- Tracking setup and pixel implementation to ensure accuracy of campaign measurement
- Collaborate with other teams/departments/agencies to execute the business´ marketing strategy
- Collaborate with other teams (Product, BI, Tech) on projects around bid optimization, automation, incrementality testing, channel attribution and innovation Performance metrics
- Conversions, conversion rate (impact of campaign on sales)
- Revenues, average order value (AOV)
- Cost KPIs: customer acquisition cost (CAC), cost per thousand (CPM), cost per order (CPO), return on ad spend (ROAS)
- General brand awareness / campaign reach measurements
- Digital marketing KPIs (e.g. reach, amount of clicks)
Work experience
- Hands on experience executing Google Ads in an inhouse environment
- Experience with building and maintaining performance reports for deeper analysis of campaigns
- Previous experience in GTM, GA, or GMP as a whole would be a plus
- Previous exposure to agile ways of working preferred.
Education
- Bachelor´s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising or equivalent field

- Project- and time management skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced working environment
- Good presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to collaborate with both external- and internal stakeholders Spanish speaking; English
