Perfil buscado (Hombre/Mujer)

• Build up and manage a team of engineers and technicians with high level of expertise in the four technologies operated by Voltalia including Solar, Wind, Biomass and Storage. These teams maybe requested to support remotely and on site;
* Provide support to the O&M business line at different stages of a project including design phase for the best serviceability and safety during operation, during commissioning, during operation and maintenance, during revamping/ repowering and decommissioning of the project;
* Developing all the documentation, method, and tools to increase efficiency of O&M field teams;
* Permanently and actively participate in improving safety in our activity through our processes, methods, and tools;
* Transform the traditional preventive maintenance campaign into condition base maintenance campaign to avoid all non-productive tasks on site;
* Growing our predictive maintenance capabilities by using the existing signals and adding the right sensors to anticipate failure without major investment;
* Bring innovation in the maintenance developing new processes and bringing new technologies for more O&M efficiency on the long term;
* Support the business development by helping in finding and developing new O&M products;
* Improved the tools enabling the regions to do remote monitoring and control of their sites;
* Manage the yearly/ monthly and daily reporting of activity and performance of the sites to be delivered to the different stakeholders in a specific format;
* Manage the CMMS tools (Computerized Maintenance Management System);
* Manage the continuous improvement program and complete O&M productivity initiatives

• Global O&M Performance Manager|Perfil con experiencia de +10 años en O&M de Energías Renovables
• Engineeringor master´s degree;
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a Solar or/ and Wind O&M wind in and IPP, utility, service provider or OEM;
• High level of knowledge in renewable technologies;
• Strong knowledge about the O&M renewable market and O&M contracts;
• Good Knowledge of O&M performance KPIs;
• P&L knowhow;
• Project management: very good understanding of wind project´s lifecycles;
• Experience in managing a team of more than 20 people;
• Good knowledge of IT and O&M tools such as Real time monitoring and control tools, CMMS, Power BI, etc
• Fluent in English (French as a plus).
