Perfil del Candidato:
-A degree in the field of informatics or business, or equivalent knowledge and skills is desirable, but not mandatory.

-Extensive knowledge and mature practical professional experience in the field of business process and systems support, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Must have acted as a trainer, training material developer and/or training coordinator for at least one global and cross-functional system.

-One would expect at least 3 to 5 years of experience in training delivery and/or management. Demonstrated business/process analysis experience; knowledge of the cross-functional business processes supporting regulatory submission management is preferred.

Our client, a global pharma company, is looking for a:

Global IT Training coordinator that provides subject matter expertise in training related topics and business processes as required. This includes:

-Evaluating the training impact in the case of system enhancements, upgrades and business process changes, and ensuring that training materials are up-to-date.
- Developing training materials and/or training related communications with subject matter experts and support. Deciding on the appropriate modularity and type of training approach for the situation.
-Ensuring technical fit of training modules into Company global learning management system and overall network environment.
- Ensuring logical fit of training modules into the user account management processes of the system in question.
-Active participation on international project teams as assigned (attend teleconferences, attend face-to-face meetings, complete assigned tasks and provide the appropriate training materials in time and budget, in line with project timelines, and in appropriate quality).
-Delivery of specialist trainings as (virtual) instructor on an as-needed or regular basis.

Skills:

Very good to advanced knowledge of the business processes and application systems for submission document management systems.
Very good analytical capabilities.
Strong presentation skills & development & implementation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good ability to work under pressure.
Proven communicative capabilities in interdisciplinary and international cooperation, facilitation and presentation.
Knowledge of project management methods.
Willingness to travel e.g. travel to other Company sites for training/knowledge transfer and occasional team meetings, etc.
