we rarely recruit our staff from our industry, instead relying on our ability to turn young ambition into fully-fledged success stories. we offer apprenticeships to school leavers and we have taken on graduates, ex-athletes, builders, hospitality professionals, in fact people from all walks of life. don’t get us wrong, our interview process is stringent and only the most motivated, goal focused, principled and trust worthy make it through. our director and management team remain very much hands on, guiding and mentoring our staff with the benefit of over 30 years combined experience in the engineering recruitment arena.
