Kiteris is a young, agile company dedicated to providing IT and project management services based on the delivery of excellence, the quality of our team and the contribution of value through specialization and innovation. We are located in Spain and Portugal but serve different customers in Europe, USA, and South America.



We are working as Program Managers, Consultants and IT Developers for a leading international customer in the airline sector. The customer is based in Barcelona area (Spain) with operations in more than 15 countries. We are delivering Application Maintenance (AM) services and projects for their IT applications landscape.

Our client is executing a very ambitious recovery program after COVID-19 crisis, and it requires completing out IT team with highly experienced profiles.

We are therefore looking for experienced Airlines Functional and technical IT Consultant. We want to empower our current IT AM Team with functional and business process knowledge.



Requirements:

-Running workshops with Key Users and Customer IT Managers

-Requirements gathering with the Key Users and Customer IT Managers

-Documenting client requirements

-Providing guidance on the design of functional and technical solutions based on their current IT landscape: Navitaire, New Skies, Sky Sales, Sky Speed,...

-Providing insight on customization and third-party applications that should be incorporated in the solution

-Documenting the solution for client approval

-Solution playbacks

-Providing insight and requirements for the Development team

-User training, support, and coaching, if needed

-Once the solution is developed, delivering the work to client for approval

-Have an understanding of the overall outcome of the AM service, whilst not being directly hands on themselves

-Working closely and effectively with different IT teams, business process-team, business stakeholders and external 3rd parties.

-Additional support and coaching of customer employees on best practices of IT landscape, processes, and tools.



Key skills and experience

-Spanish mother tongue.

-Fluency in English is mandatory. Interview will be done partially in English.

-BS / BA Degree in IT

-A minimum of 5 years´ experience in Airline projects and services with hands on experience both Agile and Waterfall projects.

-Master in Business Administration is preferred

-Strong Communication, presentation and leadership skills, experience in relationship with customer management

-Result and people oriented, good at time management, stress resilient

-Change adapted mindset, able to organize work with focus on results in a fast-pacing change environment

-Creates positive impact, can influence using effective relationship skills and foster team collaboration

-Experience working in intercultural teams, and ability to empathize with both management, teams, and Users.



Location Office in Barcelona, with hybrid work (presential, remote) assignment.
