- Lead the IoT and Applications team, supporting their needs in each project.

- Organize the daily work using agile/scrum methodology.

- Work on a cross-departmental projects.

- Work on distributed frontend-backend applications taking the lead in technical and architectural decisions.

- Work closely with application and system architects to ensure cohesive product architectures and designs.

- Create and review specifications from all phases - user requirements, low and high level designs.

- Ensure standard designs, patterns and processes with particular focus on security by design and comprehensive testing methods.

- Mentor junior developers and provide insight to all team members by sharing expertise.

- Elaborate and organize training plans for the team.

- Degree in Software or Computing Engineering (Information Technology).

- Fluency in specific coding languages including C, C# .NET, JAVA.

- Knowledge of SQL databases and Entity Framework.

- Knowledge and experience in Analysis Service Tabular models and DAX or MDX query languages.

- Experience in agile development and the related tools.

- Knowledge of PHP is nice to have.

- Control of: Microsoft DevOps (Git, pipelines, Artifacts), Visual Studio, Eclipse, Maven.

- English (very good written and spoken).

- Independent, reliable and systematic/structured way of working. Strong communication and team skills paired with intercultural competence. Experiences in cooperation with teams in Europe.

- Experience in Software Developer for tools and applications in a multicultural environment

- +4 years of experience as software developer.
