As a fast growing company and with a clear vision of where the future is leading us, we are now recruiting a Technician Email Deliverability Senior.

Responsibilities:
• Manage email deliverability: own relationship with ESPs and technical providers;
• Ensure the infrastructure configuration follows our clients’ sending requirement.
• Analyzing and improving delivery through changes in infrastructure, server optimization, IP management and configuration, product interface, best practices and policy.
• Monitor daily reports and alert ESPs and Marketing teams of any issues. You will proactively develop and execute strategies to improve performance;
• Responsible for ongoing reporting of deliverability, reengagement, overall list growth and list erosion;
• Tracking and reporting clients and specific campaigns that exceed certain messaging parameters.
• Help create internal training documents, e.g., FBL enrollment, Whitelisting, and submitting unblock requests.
• Research and analysis of spam filter and other deliverability impacting technologies.
