In charge of the pan-european Beauty brands D2C Ecommerce operational and eMerchandising excellence, working in collaboration with Global/European/local Ecommerce teams. Analyze performances, provide recommendations & drive harmonization of website contents across Europe to optimize ecommerce sites impact. Manage, coordinate and develop a team of Webmasters to deliver daily operations, and drive platform excellence in execution.
DAILY OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT
• Work with Countries to collect, challenge & execute the briefs for local D2C activation & promotion plans.
• Proposed european contents/animations/campaigns to all countries to drive harmonisations across all european sites of the brand.
• Collaborate with ED2C Support teams based in HQ: Supply Care, ePayment, IT to optimize the product catalog, website performances & optimsal customer experience
D2C OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
• Consolidate, prioritize & pilot all projects related to online customer experience together with project teams.
• Ensure local relevancy & technical feasibilty of the International Brand site for European sites.
• Analyse SEO Reports in partnership with the TECH PERFORMANCE LEAD and provide clear briefs for Webmasters.
MANAGEMENT & INTERNATIONAL COLLABORATION
• Organize Missions distribution across the team to optimize Roadmap delivery.
• Plan Webmasters Team weekly workload & set priorities.
• Manage Team Mid-Year & Year End Evaluations / define Upskilling plan to develop compétences in partnership with Human Resources team.
• Work in partnership with Global & European Marketing Teams to collect & apply Brand guidelines (content, image, strategic priorities).
• Coordinate Alignements on priorities & deliveries between between Global Team and countries.
• Fluency in English is requested|At least 6 years of experience in a similar role in multinational firms
• Experience in managing & developing Webmasters team.
• Very good understanding of Internet technologies and interactive projects.
• Experience in project management involving diverse stakeholders & departments.
• Proven track record in delivering highly visible Ecommerce applications for recognizable brands.
• Beauty/Fashion experience is a plus
• Fluent ENGLISH requested / Another European language will be appreciated
• Familiarity with others content management system (CMS).
• Familiarity with eMerchandising.
• Advanced knowledge & usage of analytics tool / performance tool including inspecting HTML code (GA; GSC; GTM).
• Advanced knowledge of Back office -> SFCC / SEO / Prestashop / Magento
