Currently, employs more than 20.000 people around the world and has more than 70 office in Greater China, Spain, Singapore, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

We are looking for a E-Content Expert, to expand their team.

What would your duties be?
• Provide IT support to local or regional users and log incidents, manage problems and
requirements via ITIL service ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot all IT issues of users including but not limited to PC/mobility hardware, software and app, remote access (VPN), account and password, voice and video conference, security and network connectivity.
• Deliver IT orientation to new employees with our client´s standards and provide regular user trainings to improve user productivity.
• Build-up and maintain IT infrastructure in terms of WAN/LAN network, telephones, audio
and video conference, end user computing, printer, etc.
• Manage IT assets in the region and ensure accuracy of IT assets management.
• Act as project manager to cooperate with internal and external teams to plan, design,
develop and implement IT projects in the region.
• Work with local business leaders as a business partner to enable local business growth with the right IT tools and efficient IT support.
• Strong spoken and written Spanish and English language skills.

Which are the requirements for this position?
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or/and E-commerce content creation and optimization.
• Experience in Beauty / Electronics categories content related roles desired.
• SEO knowledge needed for content writing and editing.
• UX understanding and strong Skills in Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesing, others).
• Strong Excel skills are required.
• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically.
• Strong ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, earning trust, aligning them a common goal.
• Resilient and capable of adapting to change.
• Strong logical thinking ability; systematic operation ability and innovation capabilities.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
• Start-up mindset and capacity to thrive in a very rapid-changing and dynamic environment
• Extreme attention to detail and willingness to roll up your sleeves
• Proficient in English & Spanish for business communication

What we offer?
• Hybrid 3/2. Indefinite contract.
• Work Schedule: from 9 am to 6 pm. Office in Madrid
