The main responsabilities are:

• Lead all operations (production, quality, maintenance, and warehousing) of all sites
• Assure the production volumes, with right resources dedicated and proper outcome in terms of timing and quality
• Lead the quality department to evolve from quality control to quality management
• Strong coordination within production leader, shift leaders and sorting coordinator, to ensure that all operations are flowing correctly and with the optimal cost
• Strong operations cost control (quantity of people, temporary employees, extra hours, consumables, additives).
• Lead the continuous improvement of quality improvement with the proper set of actions on real time
• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution
• Strong coordination within General Management, Business Development and with the team
• Strong focus on service.
• Manage data collection for the updating of metrics to achieve productivity targets, reduce cost, eliminate errors, and deliver excellent service.
• Monitor all KPIs and provide action plan for improving/excel.

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

• At least 5 years of senior experience in industrial market as a production leader or operations manager in plastic sector
• Engineer Background
• Proficient in English and an other language would be a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and out of the "comfort zone".
• Strong, confidence-inspiringpersonality.
• Autonomous, dynamicandagiletakingdecisions
• Methodic and highly responsible.
