You will work directly with the Chief Scientific Officer and play an integral role incontributing towards the Company´s future growth byleading and coordinating internal teams, including software developers,security,and IT.:

Lead and coordinating internal teams, including software developers, security and IT
Implementing and scaling up new systems
Monitor reliability and performance of all internal systems to suggest improvements
Ensure compliance with security regulations
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Manage software development projects by setting requirements, goals and timelines
Design strategies for future development projects based on the company´s overall objectives and resources
Hire engineers and developers and coordinate their training
Coordinate with external stakeholders for new integrations and tools
Review and update policies relevant to internal systems and equipment
Work at brining research environments into validated production environment

Work experience as a director of engineering or in a similar senior-level position at an engineering department
Extensive experience with cloud technologies and modern human-computer interfaces and process scalabilities
Hands-on experience in back-end and front-end development
Hands-on experience in process validation/software testing practices and documentation
Good understanding of agile methodologies
Leadership abilities with a strategic mind
Excellent project management skills
BSc/MSc in Engineering, Computer Science or relevant field
Robust history of delivering major technical projects or analyses,including experience in a technical leadership role
Flexibility
Efficientwith management and organizational skills to meet established timelines.
Ability to work independently and proactively without supervision.
Organized and thorough with attention to detail.
Excellent communication, teamwork, self-driven, proactive, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strongexperienceworking cross-functionally.
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
Professional English writing & speaking skills are a must.
Ability and willingness to travel 25% of the time.
