Your key functions would include:
* Lead CLIENT´s consumer facing digital activities, build & deliver digital marketing roadmap
* Contribute to the development and execution of the brand strategy to drive business growth
leveraging digital
* Engage with the broader digital team (IT and Operations) to ensure best practice and insights
are shared & used to drive business impact.
* Act as primary interface with CLIENT Western Europe Digital Team to ensure that major local
digital strategies and plans are broadly consistent with the WE strategic direction and
conceptual model.
* Set up CLIENT´s digital activities as a support function the broader marketing team can use to
drive sales and meet their strategic and tactical objectives (through data driven insights and
the use of paid and owned digital communications channels and tactics).
* Ensure all digital communications are measurable and driving ROI on all CLIENT´s digital
channels (paid, owned & ecommerce, earned), including implementing and embedding new
media buying technologies (i.e. DMP) across all calendar & brand activities.
* Direct and approve designated consumer facing digital activities and material. Monitor and
evaluate Agency(s) performance, and recommend changes as appropriate.
* Direct and approve designated market research projects leveraging data to drive broader
business objectives including advertising research, market potential, consumer attitudes,
competitor information, etc.
* Support the growth of new digital sales channels (delivery, kiosk, ecommerce app, loyalty
* Oversee total consumer experience on digital channels, including identifying and responding
to issues and opportunities (for example, app and website UX).
* Forecast sales performance through online channels and act proactively to increase our
online market segment.
* Remain informed on emerging digital trends, issues, opportunities and threats that may
impact our business activities and plans. Recommend strategies and actions in response to
such impacts.
* Oversee reporting of consumer facing analytics and ensure reporting is used by all
stakeholders to drive business impact (i.e. owned, paid and ecommerce reporting).
* Attend Marketing key meetings and provide timely leadership and advice on digital strategy
and plan.
* Leverage digital capabilities of the whole organization starting with Marketing Team.

Bachelor´s / Master´s degree in Digital Marketing, Administration or Business.
▪ 6 years of experience executing and leading multiple digitals-driven strategic.
▪ Familiarity and understands of emerging platforms
▪ Experience on track the strategy development, competitive analysis, and scenario planning
▪ Experience launching multiples digitals assets and follow them by project management.
▪ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
▪ Mobile app / Google Analytics / Traffic Fundamentals / Excellent knowledge of MS Office /
Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
▪ Spanish and Fluent English (C1).
