We are seeking a results-driven Performance Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Bing, and programmatic marketing platforms. This role requires a data-driven approach to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives. *What You´ll Do* *General:* 

* Manage the digital paid marketing activities of the company partners. 

* Work according to the marketing strategy and the marketing plans, media and digital marketing mix. 

* Work according to the partners brand style guide. 

* Define and strengthen the brand´s positioning, voice, and identity across all digital channels. 

* Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity in all marketing materials and communications. 

* Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly reports 

*Budget & Finance:* 

* Responsible for the relevant parts of the end of the monthly Partners marketing & finance process. 

* Work according to the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across initiatives. 

* Track and report on marketing expenditures, performance, and ROI. 



*Digital marketing:* 

* Responsible for the Digital execution including paid search, social, programmatic etc. 

* Responsible for the relevant design and content deliveries.  

* Cooperate with the retention marketing team to allow holistic customer experience. 

* Monitor results and pro-activity performs campaign optimization acquisition activities to keep results within the agreed objectives. 

* In charge of relevant marketing competitive research and analysis.  

 

*Development:* 

* Be part of the team to define and develop relevant marketing and measurement tools. 

*What We´re Looking For*
* This is a hands-on position. 

* Reary to work overtime with partners from different time zone. 

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

* Bachelor´s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.  

* 3+ years of experience in performance digital marketing, specifically with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, Bing, and programmatic platforms.  

* Proven track record of managing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to achieve high ROI. 

* Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Bing Ads, DSPs). Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications are a plus. 

* Strong analytical skills and experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics.  

* Ready to travel. 

* Hybrid job. 3 day’s at the office. 

* Advanced knowledge of computers and Windows Office Programs. 

* Highly developed verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills and able to relate to others, and maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor while assisting members and co-workers throughout the day. 

* Demonstrated accuracy with consistent attention to detail. 

* Possess independent judgment, discretion, and initiative in the absence of specific directions from management 

* Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and can work effectively and efficiently while maintaining a high level of member service 

* Organized with excellent time-management skills
