• Work as the CEM expert within the digital team. Define and translate brand requirements into CEM objectives and activities (CRM).
• Deliver a superior brandexperience, byestablishingandmanagingtheconsumer data platform.
• Continuous monitoring of consumer feedback to increase effectiveness
• Implement the digital consumer acquisition strategy and a growing consumer base via e-commerce, SEO, etc.
• Drive digital campaign briefs, objectives and lead digital planning sessions to achieve marketing objectives.
• Lead, develop and implement the digital manager Loyalty Program - linking the relevant consumer-facing touchpoints.
• Provide clear input to agencies to maximize awareness across the steps of the journey and maximize trial. Be able to translate CEM activities into business metrics, provide a go-to source of CEM expertise.

• International company|Consumer goods
• A Bachelor´s degree or equivalent education in Marketing / Experience Management / CRM / Digital
• +8 years relevant experience in defining and building the brand fundamentals through an omnichannel consumer journey bridging online & offline, in Food, FMCG or Tobacco
• Have experience in planning and managing Direct-To-Consumer, CRM, Social Media, SEO, e-commerce, UX / UI, traditional channels and consumer data collection
• Have experience in creating and managing loyalty programs
• Strong experience in creating aspirational brand positionings, messaging and translating them into effective and impactful engagement
• Have proven ability to manage complex projects, within a technical and fast pace evolving environment
• Excellent Spanish and English verbal and written communication skills.


The Digital Manager will be responsible for mapping the RRP consumer journey flows and defining the brand strategic touchpoints along the different stages of the journey, including acquisition, conversion and retention.

Collaboration with other teams will be required to recommend the optimal digital consumer experience strategy and deployment (RRP, Digital Business Unit, Strategy & Insights, Consumer & Trade Activation, Sales).


Permanent role
Salary range from 40-57k depends on the profile.
