• Identify and help remedy potential efficiency issues that hinder scalability and/or cost-efficiency of our operations by analysing current processes, products, services, software and hardware solutions.
• Lead initiatives to reduce incoming call volumes, determining call drivers and how to reduce the customer´s need to resolve through a call.
• Help design and develop, together with IT, automation solutions for manual systems and processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure benefits realisations from launched initiatives according to business plan.
• Lead CS initiatives to drive customer engagement and loyalty through digital transformation and particularly through the use of BD
• Identify, engage and actively collaborate with other stakeholders in the organisation to develop effective strategies to enhance customer experience

• Help design and develop, together with IT, automation solutions for manual systems and processes to improve efficiency.

• Bachelor´s degree in Economic- Administrative areas
• 5+ years experience in a top leading management consulting company or at least 5 years of hands on experience in business transformation and experience with processes automation.
• Experience leading teams around different countries
• Language: Spanish, English (Required)
• Work based in Málaga
