In the D2C Digital sales team and reporting to the D2C Digital Sales Director, we need a person who leads the digital content coordination for On-line sales channels. This person will work closely with the Mktg content hub, and the DTC designer, ensuring quality and time-to deliver assets to contribute on the achievement of targeted sales objectives.
Key functions
• Digital Content single point of contact for all direct sales content assets needed from Consumer side.
• Coordination of briefing creation for each channel in e-commerce and e-tailers in alignment with brand guidelines (jointly with G&O e-commerce and Digital Mktg Manager and Director of Digital Strategy)
• Coordination with the Content Hub within Consumer Area to send the briefings and requests through Asana to receive the season campaigns master-packs.
• Coordinate with the D2C designer reporting to this person to transform master-packs to the assets needed for all the D2C channels.
• Ensures excellence in the digital formats regardless of the channel or final application and review quality of assets
• Check all assets delivered meet briefing requirements & approval
• Manage the translations with the different points of contact for each language, serving final assets and creations assuring quality on their translation, graphics/aesthetics, and commitment with brand guidelines
• Coordinate with the Copywriter in consumer team to adjust copies master-packs to SEO text for Onsite, Newsletters or paid media campaigns.
• Review content quality on text to the different languages in open formats with the right tools, ensuring pixel-perfect assets are delivered and provide process optimization proposals and asset optimization for a better performance of the Digital Content
• Provide a quick overview and reporting on the number of requests, final assets, translations, and other relevant performance KPIs .
• Manage Digital content budget with translation agency.
• Education: Business Administration degree specialized on marketing, or Advertising & Public relations or similar.
• 4 years´ experience managing projects in marketing, communication, or Digital teams.
• Languages: English Is necessary (level C1 or Proficiency).

• Adobe Creative Suite
• MS Office 360
