• Lead the definition and implementation of the digital projects related to the commercial agenda.
• Lead and manage the strategy for the tools implementation related to the Digital Consumer Journey composing the full funnel (awareness, consideration, purchase and re-purchase) including alignment within the existing Data Strategy
• Identify advanced analytics use cases in the commercial arena that contributes to the defined goals.
• Identify and deploy innovation solutions to give response to the digitalization of our value proposition within the B2B business in the FMCG sector
• Demand management of new requirements that boost the commercial excellence
• Drive the medium and long-term vision and strategy for the domain with the business sponsors
• Keep abreast of industry news and trends
• Understand business needs and objectives

• Bachelor´s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or related field
• Experience in Digital projects (Marketplaces, e-commerce)
• Understanding of Analytics platforms and architectures
• Experience in defining or implementing advanced analytics use cases
• Familiar with one or more major data visualization tools and technologies (PowerBI, SAC)
• Experience with cloud services in Azure, Google or AWS
• Experience in working in an agile team and OKRs definition
• Experience with Google Analytics, Consumer - CRMs
• Understanding of ETLs/data pipelines
• Background in sales, marketing and project management
• Budget and team management
• Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams. Ability to work collaboratively with non-technical customers and team members and translate business questions into analytical requirements with ease
• Self-driven to achieve results - taking the lead on initiatives with a can-do-attitude
• Outstanding ability to utilize data and insight to "story-tell" in a compelling manner to drive strategy

With a global role, the candidate will collaborate in defining the Data Strategy and associated roadmaps, and lead Business Intelligence competence center and provide the advanced analytics and data modeling to gain actionable internal and external business insights
