Perfil del Candidato:
We are looking for DESKTOP SUPPORT LEVEL I & II WITH HIGH LEVEL OF ENGLISH, spoken &written, for an international Proyect based on Madrid.

Essential Qualifications / Experience and Technical Skills

· Experience with Active Directory and Infrastructure
· Experience on Production Support
· Advanced knowledge Windows Workstation
· Call Logging systems Service Now
· Strong experience with the Microsoft Windows platform including Windows XP and Windows 7
· MS Office 2002 & 2010 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
· MS Outlook, Lotus Notes or Exchange
· Knowledge of LAN/WAN, Client Server and other Network applications
· Desirable experience working for an Investment Bank or IT sector.
