• Define and maintain the data architecture framework, standards, and principles, including modelling, metadata, reference data and master data for Page Group, aligned to and integrated into the PageGroup Data Strategy and Roadmap
• Define and manage a data catalogue for Page Group´s enterprise data assets and associated attributes including data flows & master data
• Establish & organise data taxonomies and other information assets helping to discover and make use of enterprise data
• Be a key stakeholder and advisor in all data initiatives ensuring alignment to the enterprise-wide data strategy
• Align with partner roadmaps ensuring the impact of changes to the data architecture are understood and reflected against solution designs.
• Ensure implementation partners understand the data architecture and delivery of solutions within the boundaries of that architecture
• Support delivery teams with advice and prompt decision-making
• Ensure the data architecture and underlying data models support the reporting and advanced analytics of the business
• Manage the data architecture RAID log and technical debt list; operate the process which produces them; determine appropriate treatment for each item and own this action
• Propose opportunities for evolution and improvement regarding data technologies
• Be involved in researching and acquiring new data sources to verify definition and assess quality of the data
The Data Architect will be expected to have broad experience of Data Management concepts, practices & platforms as well as an understanding of Data Analytics cloud technologies.

Qualifications:
Graduate or equivalent
Skills/Experience:

• Experience of working in a multi-vendor IT sourcing environment
• Ability to identify, analyse and resolve problems and follow through to completion

• Work in a similar role for 5+ years desirable
• Experience in data management & reporting technologies
• Experience in Database modelling
• Experience of working in large-scale technology-led change programmes
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends and methodologies
