Our client, one of the most famous company worldwide, is currently building his Global Digital Hub in Barcelona. We are looking for a Data Analyst Lead.
With the objective of define and design company BU Data strategy, business and system metrics to develop strategic and tactical solutions to large-scale problems in a transforming fast-paced ecosystem, in collaboration with the Digital Consumer Experience, Digital Communication and Digital insight team (EMENA/UK).
Apply creativity and insight into the development of machine-learning algorithms and tools for personalization, recommendation, content creation and bid optimization. Develop a data-powered culture at company BU and define operating model to provide analytic support services to the different markets.
Among your duties include:
Conducts digital data and consumer metrics/analytics strategies in collaboration with the Digital Consumer Experience, Digital Communication and CMI Digital insight team (EMENA/UK) that will lead to innovative and high quality, effective experiences.
Understands how to formulate data-driven strategies, discover opportunities, define tagging requirements, and assess consumer journey designs.
Quantitative analysis, data mining, modeling and presentation of data to see beyond the numbers and understand how our customers interact with our products across all of our digital platforms
Has deep knowledge of digital data and proactively identifies unstated business questions and hypotheses, as well as the analytics techniques needed to answer them.
Functions as the business owner of multiple digital and analytics tools, serving as a consultant to brands, agencies, and technology staff, with respect to improving the efficiency and functionality of the analytics implementation across the entire consumer lifecycle.
Help drive A/B testing for Marketing and Product teams through reporting and insight.
Define and implement measurement strategy, producing meaningful Marketing and Business reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor our performance.
Develops and leads an ongoing training and education curriculum to elevate both Digital and Analytics acumen across the organization
Define governance model and processes to provide markets support services on Digital/Social analytics Develop a data driven culture at company BU and Stays up to date on the latest tools and industry trends for all facets of digital and consumer experience marketing and provide strategic recommendations when appropriate.
We looking for a professional with:
Significant Experience on datasets of different sizes and shapes (Structured, Unstructured, Datawarehouse, Data Lakes,..)
Strong and hands-on knowledge of algorithms design/coding
Statistical analytics and modelling techniques (regression, experimental design, hypothesis testing)
Data Visualization techniques and Data “Story-telling”
Strong Problem-solving bias to establish scalable, efficient and automated processes for data analyses, A/B testing
Familiar with Computational Marketing/Advertising areas : Audience modelling, Real-time bidding, LTV modelling and Predictive analytics Understand the reporting needs, collect requirements, design and build reporting solutions for the company to help decision making Understand how to design, build and integrate data from various sources.
Design, develop and support new and existing data warehouses Up-to-date with latest cutting edge analytics technologies/techniques
Tools : Apache Spark, Hadoop, Hive, SQL, Tableau
Languages : (machine-learning oriented): Python, Java, R (or Scala)
