Reporting to the EMEA Digital Marketing Manager, you will be part of the EMEA Marketing team which provide guidance and support to the 15 countries where Hays operate in the region. You´ll be the point of contact for data management and analysis in the region. Your main responsibilities will include keeping track and analyzing our online activities performance to increase ROI, as well as using predictive analytics to identify potential new Business opportunities.
We´re looking for someone who is both analytical and creative. You are the right person if you love manipulating and investigating data, can prepare reports with complex information in a clear and understandable way and if you like to help marketers come up with creative ideas based on your findings.

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years´ experience working as an analyst, a strong interest in
everything digital and is comfortable working in a multicultural environment. This is fast-paced environment where self-management is highly appreciated but where you´ll be able to learn from senior staff and be involved in regional and global projects that will shape your career.


? Work alongside the group data marketing team on creating, maintaining and enhancing marketing performance reports
? Prepare high complexity marketing ad-hoc analysis
? Write SQL queries for CRM projects
? Using predictive analytics to identify Business opportunities
? Running and/or implementing data tasks related to digital marketing projects
? Supporting EMEA / local Digital Marketing initiatives by providing help and guidance on data topics
? Running and/or implementing data tasks related to GDPR processes


• Master´s degree in a Statistics / Computing / Economic field
• +2 years´ experience working as an analyst, ideally in a marketing or customer insight team.
• Proven track record in using Microsoft PowerBI (or equivalent BI tool) for reporting and
visualization purposes. Experience in DAX and PowerQuery/M would be valued.
• Basic familiarity with Azure data infrastructure (SQL DB, Data Factory and ML Studio) a plus.
• Experience using predictive analysis to identify behavioural patterns and business opportunities
(R, SPSS, other statistics / data modelling tools)
• Interest in digital marketing and new technologies in general
• English fluency is a must. The EMEA Marketing team works and communicates in English. Other
European languages are a plus.
• Experience of using web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe,etc)
• Strong SQL knowledge
• Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and be proactive
• Capacity to communicate data and complex findings to non-technical audiences
• Ability to effectively create strong relationships with co-workers across functions and geographies.
