Perfil del Candidato:
* Informatics, Telecoms or Industrial FP or degree
* High capacity of team work
* Availability for out of hours on calls and eventually on sites.
* Client facing Support
* Exigent SLAs support backtracks.
* Supporting Enterprise Systems.
* Proactive support methodologies.
* Problem solving.
* Good past KPIs at clients support account management.
* Fluent or very good level of written and oral English.
* Can do attitude.
* Adobe campaign/Neolane (V4, 5 and 6).
* Knowledge in the below technologies: Java, Hadoop, HBase, Hive, PostgreSQL.
* Adobe Cloud, AEM, CQ5, Scene 7, Adobe Target and Analytics.
* Past experience at managing Support units.
* Knowledge of online or offline direct marketing functions is an asset
* Linux and Windows Server
* System administration and network administration knowledge would be of benefit
* Any specific experience within the CRM or Digital Marketing sector would be beneficial, as would marketing experience in a more general sense
