Good communication and organization skills, ability to synthesize
Ability to lead meetings and user group´s workshops
Mobility : travels are required
Important autonomy
Fluent in English
Oracle, ETL, Reporting, XML

Leading multinational company - end client - is looking for a CRM Data Analyst for their office in Madrid.


Within the IT department, the Data Analyst
Ensures to maintain the good quality of the CRM application based on KPI and reporting
Provide accurate reporting related to the quality of the data
Identify, define, develop and maintain processes to improve the data quality / fix data issues
Be part of the integration of data coming from new subsidiaries

The data Analyst:
is the main contact of the team for questions/actions related to data
industrialize data monitoring process
helps defining business requirements with users and documents users´ requirements
takes part in the review of solutions with the help of the corporate architect, IT analysts and users
coordinates development requests raised to India
tests the data quality
coordinates (or takes part to) the user acceptance tests, the user training and the change management

The Data Analyst can act as a Project Manager, or takes part in the project management in relationship with a Project Manager:
Prepares and conduct (or contributes to) follow-up meetings,
Draws project planning and budget (or contributes),
Prepares and takes part in the actions of communication
