Responsibilities

● Responsible for the CRM implementation and advancement of strategies, plans, and systems in place to take the business - customer relationships to higher heights.
● Work with internal departments to understand their business objectives
● Build and maintain workflows for individual users or teams
● Set up and monitor information flow within CRM and with other business-critical systems
● Train users on data cleanliness, internal processes, and new features
● Manages customer inquiries and complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction for the company
● Analyses market needs, customer feedback and regulation to recommend changes in products, service, policy

Required Skills and Experience

● BA / further higher education (Business Admin., Ind. Eng.)
● Proficiency in written and oral English, further language knowledge is beneficial
● Profound understanding of processes & experience in change management
● Strong understanding of technology and standard business software like Microsoft Office, Outlook
● Good understanding of MS D365 and its utilisation, as well as knowledge of IT interfaces, SQL, databases and systems and applications integration
● 3/5+ years´ experience implementing MS D365
● 3/5+ years´ experience and good understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM Apps (Sales, Customer Service, etc.) entity model and platform architecture
● Requirement´s analysis and GAP analysis with standard functionalities.
● Parameterise of standard modules and customised modules or adaptations.
● Development, customisation, and integrations in Dynamics CRM.
● Basic knowledge in Microsoft Azure.
● Knowledge of other programming languages.
● Development experience, ability to understand code and discuss requirements with developers or troubleshoot code issues would be an advantage
● Must have project management experience - ideally working with cross-culture companies and agency partners
