Perfil del Candidato:
* Technical Degree
* 5-7 years experience in CRM and/or Email Marketing Platforms
* Excellent working knowledge in Retail Market
* Knowledge of JSON, REST API, FTP concepts and scripts and typical integration topics / issues
* Knowledge of EAI, EBS, ETL, DQM, ISV
* Fluent in Spanish and English language
* CRM systems knowledge will be advantageous

Description

Reporting to the Operation Director your role will be:

* Support the Sales Department being a filter between prospect client requests, the project and the development teams
* Communicating with clients to answer deliverability-related questions and technical concerns
* Organize DEMO, set up DEMO environments and execute DEMO for Prospect client
* Organize, prepare, attend and contribute to product and technical documentation of proposed and implemented solutions
* Coordinate Project Communication and Project Execution with internal and external stakeholders
* Prepare accompanying test scripts for the product, performing functional and technical tests to check ETL and DQM are correctly executed
