Capgemini wants to incorporate a professional as a Contract Manager in order to develop a key role in our Cloud Infrastructure Services BU.. The Infrastructure Services business unit reflects the Collaborative Business Experience, combining Capgemini’s consulting, infrastructure build and run capabilities, as well as the provision of cloud based services in an integrated global sales and delivery model. The group provides infrastructure outsourcing services, including data centre, helpdesk and network support, as well as market leading services such as service integration and cloud brokering orchestration. Main Purpose of the Role: To promote and apply commercial best practice throughout the life of a client engagement to drive value from the account. You will be responsible for ensuring Capgemini’s compliance with the contract, providing advice on commercial and contractual matters to the sales and delivery teams and applying Capgemini’s commercial best practice in the day-to-day management and administration of the account. Typical Tasks and Reponsibilities : • Act as the single point of contact (both internally and for the client) for all contractual matters. • Provide advice on contractual obligations. • Provide coaching to the delivery teams to ensure compliance with Capgemini’s contractual obligations. • Ensure commercial management best practice is implemented within the account (e.g. risk registers are maintained). • Lead commercial discussions with the clients. • Provide commercial support for the Account/Service Management team. • Assist in shaping commercial propositions for sell on business. • Develop and approve all changes to the contract. • Lead senior level negotiations relating to the contract. • Provide commercial training for the delivery team as agreed with the IS Commercial team. • Advise on general commercial queries “under licence” from IS Commercial team and in line with Capgemini commercial principles.

• As a member of the account leadership team (or of several teams where responsibility is for a portfolio), you will take a key role in the ongoing development of the account to support Capgemini Infrastructure Services business objectives. • Maintain and continue to develop the day-to-day commercial process and procedures necessary to supporting the overall account strategies. • Day-to-day responsibility for the resolution of all issues relating to the contracts including changes, clarifications and additions. • Assist with the management of complex sales opportunities (Bids, RFPs, RFQs). • Face off to the client commercial/legal lead and team members. • Face off to the other Capgemini third party commercial leads. • Face off to other third party suppliers as necessary to support the delivery of services. • Identify and highlight commercial risks to the Account Management Team and assist with actions to address/resolve.
