Your company and responsibilities:Access control, attendance, time and security company.They have opened a new position within the R&D department in Barcelona for a development profile with a background in C++ development but who can also perform the functions of a project manager, within the Agile scope, managing the tasks and the development backlog of the department.

Requirements:
- Formal Education: (Desirable) Degree in Engineering or computer science
- Languages (Level):

Fluent in English and Spanish
- Minimum 3-5 years similar roles desirable 5-8 years
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) phases
- People management
- Agile methodologies (Scrum)
- Business oriented
- OOP developer in C++ environment
- Linux / Open embedded / Yocto
- Proximity reader Knowledge (Wiegand, 125 Khz, Mifare..)
- BLE
- T&A knowledge desirable
- R&D manager similars
- Dependencies and risks management
- Built in quality
- Documentation Friendly

Valuable aspects:
- Atlassian suite knowledge
- OSI models
- Communication protocols
