Our client, important cloud company (Telecom industry), are looking for a Telecom Business Development Manager to be based in Barcelona. The successful candidate will help to achieve the strategic goals of the company by winning new deals, opening new markets and developing existing accounts.
The person who is currently in this position has been promoted and we look for a professional who occupies this position and grow the team.
- Lead all activities related to the sales pipeline and lead generation process
- Perform market research activities
- Design and development of campaigns
- Lead generation & targeting (cold calling, emailing, etc.)
- Write proposals for new business opportunities
- Lead Business Development activities within existing accounts
- Develop of marketing materials: powerpoint presentations, product brochures, etc.
- Travel internationally whenever needed
- Bachelor´s degree in telecom, computer science, or related fields
- MBA or Business Degree is desirable
- Minimum of 3-year experience in Telecom, preferably in a sales position
- Native English /Proficient in Spanish
- Telecom industry awareness
- Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills (Proficient use of powerpoint)
- Can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset
- Drive to grow, learn and develop a career in an innovative and fast-growing company
You will also be the external face of the company, very visible in international and local events and presentations such as the Mobile World Congress.
