* Organizing and completing all Asset Management activities for the assigned PV projects;
* Supervising and managing all relevant contracts (EPC Contract, Finance Agreement, O&M, PPA´s, interconnection agreements, etc.);
* Ensuring on-going compliance with all law, legislative requirements, federal and state legislation in relation to the operation of the solar farms;
* Review O&M reports, processes, procedures, etc, and ensure that maintenance activities are carried out in safe and effective manner
* Review EPC/O&M contractor´s performance calculations against contractual requirements
* Monitor daily performance of the assets and alert the O&M contractors of any performance issues
* Calculate and assess performance losses for assigned assets
* Create, review and maintain performance models based on as-built and operational data
* Analyse performance data to identify trends in equipment failures
* Reporting on Asset Management activities and O&M services performance by the contractors;
* Managing and maintaining good relationships with main stakeholders, like authorities, utility, lenders, advisors, the community and the owners;
* Participating and / or leading site visits and inspections involving third parties including operators and contractors;
* Providing inputs for new projects OPEX estimations;
* Preparing AM´s Scope of Works in new projects;
• Ingeniero con experiencia en Asset Management solar/wind/otras tecnologías|Importante multinacional del sector renovable

* Ideally you should have some exposure to large infrastructure projects assets management activities, with desirable experience in solar and wind generating projects;
* +5 years of experience in Asset Management function (at least 2 year of experience in large scale renewable assets);
* Experience in working in an international environment;
* Experience in financing process;
* Relevant Engineering Qualification;
* Good understanding of Asset Management methodologies;
* O&M knowledge of solar and/ or wind plants/installations would also be a benefit.
* Strong understanding of contracts including management and reporting;
* Outstanding communication skills;
* Strong MS EXCEL and IT skills (Python, Power BI);
* Critical eye for all compliance and safety;
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills;
* Good understanding of Electrical systems;
* Be self-directed and a good team player;
* Project management training and/or certification will be a plus;
* Machine learning and AI understanding;
* Proficiency in English
