• Become an expert in the usage of the our own tool, understand the logic behind the data as well as the functionality of different modules.
• Become part of successful working teams both with customers as well as internally with the Consultancy Team.
• Understand client requirements and dig into the detail of client data to provide proactive/reactive analysis regarding their video services.
• Develop expertise to extract insights, producing high-quality informative and visual reports.
• Proactively offer ideas and insights to improve customer´s satisfaction, solve possible issues and face their challenges.
• Produce/interpret/present analysis, adapting to the appropriate context of client departments (operations, marketing etc.).
• Support and train clients in the use of the tools.
• Contribute to global data integrity and benchmarking exercises, to model and adapt data in tools outside the UI (API calls, power BI, Tableau, excel, SQL etc.).
• Contribute to the automation and improvement of BI reporting processes (automation of data extraction via API calls is a benefit).
• Contribute to different processes such as client reviews, process documentation or answering to RFPs.
• Identify future product needs and improvements and provide feedback to our product team.

• Analytics Consultant (English and French)|Video Intelligence Company - Analytic Platform
• 2+ years minimum of customer-facing consultancy environments with a proven ability to deliver results.
• 1+ years of experience working with data analytics tools.
• Proven work experience using advanced analytics to improve business performance.
• Strong numeracy and analytical skills demonstrated by experience.
• Ability to translate business questions into the right analysis to find the answer.
• High aptitude with technical environments.
• Ability to understand technical documentation and extract the product value.
• Advanced level of English and French, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) with an ability to manage client demands.
• Convinced team player. You collaborate with your colleagues, provide help and ask for help when you need it.
• Willing to travel (mainly to European countries).



The following knowledge will be a plus:
• Background in online media delivery technologies (video formats and codecs, video delivery protocols, Player technologies...).
• Background in telecommunication operators.
