* Take the lead in local client ecosystem development with special focus in the client Ads product, and achieve the business goals as brand awareness/partnerships/revenue.
* Catch new business opportunities Ads Business, build the partnership and local alliance, lead the onboarding of advertisers and agencies to achieve commercial success.
* Identify the needs of the partners in order the create business solutions that helps their business growth or monetization.
* Build solid relationships, identify commercial opportunities and bring successful business result for partners and company.
* Project management and internal coordination: work closely with the operations team to develop strategies and increase business opportunities.

Possess a Bachelor or Master´s degree in business-related discipline
* Exceptionalcommunication, interpersonal, negotiationandrelationshipbuildingskills
* Fluent spoken and written business Spanish is a must and a high level of English is required.
* Experience in advertising service business development and achieved good business result.
* Knowledge of the digital advertising business and the strengths and weaknesses of each platform.
* Ability to understand campaign results and offer optimization recommendations to the campaigns held by the advertisers.
* Have good network with local advertising agencies and CMO´s of top advertisers.
