The engineer will work directly with clients webmasters (mainly in the USA) and take responsibility for all the clients’ technical issues. There will also be work with Spanish webmasters. Technically the engineer needs to be good at troubleshooting and finding alternative solutions using Operating systems Linux (Apache, Fedora ..). Good organization and communication skills are required for this position since you will have daily communication with the Sales team, 1st line Customer Support and Developers. It is mandatory to have native level of English. French and Spanish would be a good advantage. |

They are looking for an English speaking technical support engineer for the IT Department based in Barcelona.
