Communicate company and department changes and provide guidance and support to team. - To assist in the collation and analysis of statistical data for management reporting - To assist with the recruitment and interviewing of new staff as required - Telecommunications background and understanding - Preferably field engineering experience - Detailed product skills is preferable - Experienced project Management skills |

- Quality check all aspects of teams workload to ensure that the team projects a professional image and provides quality service to all customers at all times - Work close together with the International INCC and IOM team and make sure all tasks are carried out correctly and in time, improving the efficiency between IOM/INCC within the company and its suppliers outside the company - Responsible for delivering off net leased line services into all none company countries: USA, Asia, Eastern Europe, Rest of the world, Cross border off-net backbone capacity - Build and develop relationships with suppliers - Responsible for the delivering of international Global Reach orders within SLA, CRD and CPD Targets. - Have regular meetings/calls with suppliers to monitor given lead times / performance and take proactive action where necessary if performance is in jeopardy - Use/create jeopardy reports to progress Global Reach orders - Knowledge of the current services within the Global Reach portfolio: * Ethernet product suite, (MPLS Regional NNIs and SDH) * Plain SDH / Sonet transmission services with the bandwidth of E1/T1, E3/T3 up to 10Gig wavelength services (pending on availability in the countries) * Leased line plus router bundles required for company IP orders * LAN link service on basis of bespoke. Point to point & hub and spoke * VPN services for company backbone capacities to India only * FR and ATM services - Verifying and approving bespoke documents - Checking and approving carrier invoices - Responsible for the Global Reach Coordinators Team regarding objective setting and employee evaluation. - Be first contact point re escalations etc - To ensure proper documentation and maintaining Leased Line info in the order handling tools (OHS, Xtrac, CEOS, XNG, presales connectivity workflow tool & Oracle 11i) |
