-University degree or min. 3 years of working experience, ideally in logistics, implementation/development of information systems or controlling
-Very good analytical and mathematical skills -Computer literate with high level knowledge of MS Office applications (very good skills in Excel and Access are a strong advantage; knowledge in SQL or Oracle will be valuated) -Excellent internal and external communication skills -Result oriented and target focused -Fluency in writing and speaking English (other languages esp. Spanish and Portuguese are desirable) -Willing to travel between our Head offices in Madrid and Lisbon -Willingness to work abroad |

Working closely with the Head of Administration you are supporting our team with the necessary analysis of our cost and performances in order to control the high level of service and the continuous improvement of all logistics flows.
Responsabilities: -Operational data maintenance and data quality control -Performing logistics settlements -Monitoring of LSP performance and contracted service level on the basis of defined KPIs -Control of logistics-related financial flows and LSP/supplier administration -Supporting the negotiation with suppliers on logistics-related and financial data -Development and analysis of controlling reports |
