Our client provides local telecommunications services, mainly to large business, telecommunications carriers in Europe and government end users.
Descripción de la oferta - Work close together with the International INCC and IOM team and make sure all tasks are carried out correctly and in time, improving the efficiency between IOM/INCC within the company and its suppliers - Responsible for delivering off net leased line services into all none company´s countries: USA, Asia, Eastern Europe, Rest of the world and Cross border off-net backbone capacity - Responsible for the delivering of international Global Reach orders within SLA, CRD and CPD Targets. - Have regular meetings/calls with suppliers to monitor given lead times / performance and take proactive action where necessary if performance is in jeopardy - Use jeopardy reports to progress Global Reach orders - Preferably knowledge of the current services within the Global Reach portfolio: * Ethernet product suite, (MPLS Regional NNIs and SDH) * Plain SDH / Sonet transmission services with the bandwidth of E1/T1, E3/T3 up to 10Gig wavelength services (pending on availability in the countries) * Leased line plus router bundles required for the company´s IP orders * LAN link service on basis of bespoke. Point to point & hub and spoke * VPN services for the company´s backbone capacities to India only * FR and ATM services - Verifying and approving bespoke documents - To ensure proper documentation and maintaining Leased Line info in the order handling tools (OHS, Xtrac, CEOS, XNG, presales connectivity workflow tool & Oracle 11i) |
